Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies for assigned business units, ensuring alignment with company goals
- Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention programs for critical roles
- Drive performance management processes and organizational development initiatives
- Advise leadership on employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and policy implementation
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend data-driven interventions
- Champion DEI initiatives and foster an inclusive workplace culture
- Manage compensation reviews, promotions, and succession planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field; SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification preferred
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in a strategic HRBP role
- Expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations
- Proven ability to translate business needs into actionable HR solutions
- Advanced analytical skills with experience using HRIS systems (Workday preferred)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience in fast-paced, tech-driven environments
- Strong knowledge of NY labor laws and compliance requirements
