Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals, focusing on talent acquisition, retention, and development
- Lead organizational design initiatives, including role optimization and succession planning
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion programs across all business units
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management systems
- Oversee compensation benchmarking and benefits administration
- Analyze HR metrics to inform data-driven decision-making and process improvements
- Partner with leadership on change management and organizational development
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience with 3+ years in a strategic HRBP role
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification strongly preferred
- Proven expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR analytics
- Experience leading DEI initiatives in a matrix organization
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS systems (Workday/SAP) and data visualization tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence executive stakeholders
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
