Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic HR plans to support business growth and organizational goals
- Lead talent acquisition strategies including recruitment, onboarding, and retention programs
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management systems
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across all organizational levels
- Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to leadership
- Oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and compliance
- Implement HR technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in strategic HRBP role
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification required
- Expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR analytics
- Proven experience implementing DEI initiatives and change management
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS systems (Workday, SAP, or similar)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in tech or high-growth industry preferred
