Qualifications
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in business partnering
- Chartered MCIPD or equivalent professional certification required
- Proven expertise in organizational development and change management
- Advanced knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR compliance
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in HRIS systems (Workday preferred)
- Strategic mindset with ability to translate business needs into HR solutions
