Responsibilities
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies for critical leadership and technical roles
- Lead organizational design initiatives to support business growth and scalability
- Drive performance management systems and compensation benchmarking
- Design and implement employee engagement programs with measurable outcomes
- Advise leadership on HR compliance matters including labor law and regulatory changes
- Oversee HR analytics and reporting to inform strategic decisions
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across all departments
Qualifications
- 10+ years progressive HR experience with 5+ in strategic HRBP role
- Master's degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, or Business Administration
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification required
- Proven experience in tech or professional services industry
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS platforms (Workday/SAP) and HR analytics tools
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate financial data into HR strategies
- Excellent conflict resolution skills with executive presence
