Responsibilities
- Partner with executive leadership to align HR strategy with long-term business goals.
- Lead complex change management initiatives and organizational restructuring projects.
- Design and implement talent management frameworks including performance reviews and career mapping.
- Drive employee engagement and retention strategies to maintain a high-performing workforce.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights to drive business performance.
- Oversee high-level employee relations, providing expert guidance on compliance and conflict resolution.
- Facilitate leadership coaching and team-building workshops.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a Business Partner capacity.
- Proven track record of success in fast-paced, matrixed environments.
- Exceptional emotional intelligence and communication skills.
- Deep understanding of US labor laws and federal/state compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms (Workday or BambooHR) and advanced analytical tools.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
