Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic HR plans aligned with business goals and growth initiatives
- Lead talent acquisition strategies, including employer branding, recruitment process optimization, and diversity hiring
- Design and implement performance management systems, compensation structures, and career development frameworks
- Drive employee engagement through culture-building programs, recognition systems, and feedback mechanisms
- Advise leadership on complex employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and compliance with labor regulations
- Oversee HR analytics initiatives to measure workforce metrics and inform data-driven decision making
- Lead organizational development projects including change management, restructuring, and leadership development
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 10+ years progressive HR experience with 5+ years in strategic HRBP role
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification required
- Proven track record in scaling HR programs for high-growth organizations
- Expertise in California labor laws and federal HR compliance frameworks
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS platforms (Workday/SAP) and HR analytics tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence executive stakeholders
- Experience leading DEI initiatives and fostering inclusive workplace cultures
