Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies for 200+ employees in engineering and product teams
- Lead talent acquisition initiatives including employer branding, pipeline development, and recruitment analytics
- Design and implement performance management systems and succession planning frameworks
- Drive DEI initiatives through data analysis, training programs, and policy development
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and change management initiatives
- Oversee compensation benchmarking, benefits administration, and compliance programs
- Collaborate with C-suite on organizational development and culture transformation
Qualifications
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in business partner role
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification required
- Proven success in scaling HR programs for high-growth tech environments
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS (Workday preferred) and HR analytics tools
- Expert knowledge of federal/state labor regulations and compliance frameworks
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder management abilities
- Master's degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, or Business preferred
