Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives for 200+ employees
- Lead talent acquisition initiatives including recruitment, onboarding, and retention programs
- Drive performance management systems and succession planning frameworks
- Design and implement compensation/benefit programs benchmarked to market standards
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the organization
- Advise leadership on employee relations matters and conflict resolution
- Analyze HR metrics to inform data-driven decisions and process improvements
Qualifications
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in strategic HRBP role
- Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification required
- Expertise in talent acquisition strategies and employer branding
- Proven success in scaling HR programs for high-growth environments
- Advanced knowledge of California labor laws and compliance requirements
- Experience with HRIS platforms (Workday, BambooHR) and HR analytics
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
