- Oversee compensation benchmarking and market analysis

Qualifications
- Master's degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, or Business Administration
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ in strategic partnership
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification required
- Proven experience scaling HR programs for 200+ employee organizations
- Expertise in HRIS implementation (Workday/SAP preferred)
- Advanced data analytics using HR metrics and dashboards
- Illinois HR license with current continuing education
