Qualifications
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in business partner role
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification required
- Proven success scaling talent programs in high-growth tech environments
- Expertise in compensation benchmarking and total rewards strategy
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS systems (Workday, BambooHR)
- Exceptional consulting and influencing skills at executive level
- Experience with international HR compliance and mobility programs
