Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives across multiple departments
- Lead talent acquisition initiatives, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top-tier talent
- Design and implement performance management systems and development programs
- Advise leadership on employee relations, conflict resolution, and organizational development
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations
- Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to leadership
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience with 5+ years in a business partner role
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification required
- Proven expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations
- Strong analytical skills with experience using HRIS platforms (Workday preferred)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience in fast-paced tech or SaaS environments
