Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives across engineering, product, and leadership teams
- Lead talent acquisition initiatives including employer branding, recruitment process optimization, and diversity hiring
- Design and implement performance management frameworks and succession planning programs
- Drive employee engagement initiatives through culture-building events, recognition programs, and feedback systems
- Manage employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and compliance with federal/state labor laws
- Oversee compensation benchmarking, benefits administration, and total rewards strategy
- Analyze HR metrics to inform data-driven decisions and continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in strategic HRBP or similar leadership role
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification strongly preferred
- Proven track record in scaling HR programs for high-growth tech companies
- Expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, and organizational development
- Deep knowledge of California labor laws and compliance requirements
- Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in HRIS platforms (Workday, Greenhouse)
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
