Responsibilities
- Strategic Partnering: Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing insights on talent strategy, organizational design, and workforce planning.
- Employee Relations: Handle complex employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and ensure a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
- Compliance & Policy: Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws; update and maintain HR policies and procedures.
- Performance Management: Oversee performance review cycles, coaching managers, and implementing development programs.
- Talent Acquisition Support: Collaborate with recruiters to define hiring needs, interview candidates, and facilitate the onboarding process.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a Business Partner or HR Management role.
- Certifications: SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR certification required.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of employment law, conflict resolution, and change management.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, high emotional intelligence, and the ability to influence without authority.
