Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic HR plans for assigned business units, ensuring alignment with company goals
- Lead talent acquisition strategies, including employer branding and recruitment process optimization
- Design and implement performance management systems, compensation structures, and career development frameworks
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives through data analysis and program development
- Advise leadership on organizational design, change management, and employee engagement strategies
- Manage employee relations matters with emphasis on conflict resolution and compliance
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend data-driven improvements
Qualifications
- 10+ years progressive HR experience with 5+ years in HR Business Partner role
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification strongly preferred
- Proven success in designing talent management and organizational development programs
- Expertise in employment law compliance and risk management
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS systems (Workday/SAP) and HR analytics tools
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Experience implementing DEI initiatives in global organizations
- Master's degree in HR, Business, or related field
