Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute HR strategies for assigned business units, supporting workforce planning and talent acquisition
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives through pulse surveys, focus groups, and recognition programs
  • Manage complex employee relations matters including investigations, performance management, and conflict resolution
  • Drive diversity, equity and inclusion programs to foster inclusive workplace culture
  • Oversee compensation analysis, job architecture, and total rewards optimization
  • Partner with Learning & Development to design leadership development programs
  • Analyze HR metrics to provide data-driven insights to executive leadership

Qualifications

  • 7+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in HRBP or similar strategic role
  • SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification strongly preferred
  • Proven experience with HRIS systems (Workday/SAP) and HR analytics tools
  • Expert knowledge of federal/state employment laws and compliance requirements
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and influence skills across all organizational levels
  • Experience implementing change management initiatives in complex environments
  • Strong business acumen with ability to translate HR metrics into strategic insights
