As a key member of our People Operations team, you'll partner with department heads to align HR strategies with business objectives, design talent development frameworks, and implement data-driven HR solutions. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic HR initiatives aligned with business goals across Engineering, Product, and Sales divisions
- Lead talent acquisition strategies, including employer branding and recruitment funnel optimization
- Design and implement performance management systems, compensation structures, and career development frameworks
- Champion DEI initiatives through policy development, training programs, and data analysis
- Advise leadership on employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and organizational development
- Drive employee engagement through pulse surveys, recognition programs, and culture-building initiatives
- Analyze HR metrics to provide actionable insights and drive continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in strategic HRBP role
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in talent management systems (Workday, Greenhouse, or similar)
- Proven track record of implementing DEI initiatives in tech environments
- Advanced analytical skills with experience translating data into HR strategies
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with executive presence
- Experience with M&A HR integration and change management
