Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies supporting business growth and talent acquisition
- Lead complex employee relations initiatives including performance management and conflict resolution
- Design and implement compensation structures and benefits programs competitive in the tech sector
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across all organizational levels
- Partner with leadership on organizational development and change management
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend data-driven improvements
Qualifications
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in strategic business partnership role
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification required
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and talent management systems (Workday preferred)
- Proven success implementing HR initiatives in high-growth tech environments
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication and influence skills across all organizational levels
- Experience with HR compliance and labor law in multiple states
