Qualifications
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in business partner role
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification required
- Proven track record in scaling HR operations for tech companies
- Expertise in compensation strategy and market analysis tools
- Advanced analytical skills with HR metrics interpretation
- Change management experience with M&A integration
- Proficiency in Workday and HR analytics platforms
- Master's degree in HR, Business, or related field
