Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies for assigned business units, supporting talent acquisition, engagement, and retention initiatives
- Lead complex employee relations cases, including investigations, performance management, and conflict resolution
- Partner with leadership on organizational design, change management, and succession planning
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend data-driven solutions for workforce optimization
- Manage compensation reviews, job architecture, and benefits administration for assigned population
- Drive diversity, equity & inclusion initiatives through targeted programs and policy development
- Lead HR projects including system implementations (Workday, Greenhouse) and process re-engineering
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; SHRM-SCP/SPHR certification preferred
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ in a business partner role at Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in talent management, employee relations, and organizational development
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS systems (Workday/SAP) and HR analytics tools
- Proven success leading strategic HR initiatives in fast-paced, tech-driven environments
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate HR metrics into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence C-suite executives
- Experience managing HR compliance across multiple states (NY, CA, NJ)
