Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies supporting business objectives across 3+ departments
- Lead talent acquisition initiatives, including sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation for critical roles
- Drive performance management programs, including goal-setting, coaching, and compensation reviews
- Design and implement employee engagement initiatives with measurable outcomes
- Advise leadership on complex employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and compliance
- Oversee HR analytics to inform decision-making and demonstrate ROI of HR programs
- Manage employee development programs including succession planning and leadership training
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field; SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification preferred
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ in business partnership or leadership roles
- Proven expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations
- Advanced knowledge of federal and state employment regulations (FLSA, ADA, EEO)
- Experience with HRIS platforms (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and HR analytics tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence C-suite executives
- Change management expertise in M&A or high-growth environments
