Responsibilities
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies for critical leadership and technical roles
- Lead complex employee relations initiatives including conflict resolution and performance management
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion programs across all business units
- Analyze HR metrics to inform data-driven workforce planning and retention strategies
- Partner with department heads to design organizational development interventions
- Manage compensation and benefits programs ensuring market competitiveness
- Oversee HR compliance initiatives including federal and state regulations
Qualifications
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in HRBP or similar strategic role
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification required
- Proven success designing talent acquisition pipelines for technical roles
- Expertise in HRIS platforms (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors)
- Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in HR metrics and dashboards
- Experience leading DE&I initiatives in multinational organizations
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
