- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across all departments
- Partner with department heads to address organizational development needs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ in strategic business partnership
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification required
- Proven experience in tech or fast-paced corporate environments
- Advanced knowledge of employment law and HR compliance
- Expertise in HRIS systems (Workday experience highly valued)
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
