Responsibilities
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier professionals across engineering, product, and sales teams
- Lead employee lifecycle management including performance systems, career development frameworks, and succession planning
- Drive DEI initiatives through data analytics, bias training, and inclusive hiring practices
- Advise leadership on organizational design, change management, and compensation benchmarking
- Oversee HR compliance programs, ensuring adherence to federal and California state regulations
- Implement wellness programs and engagement initiatives to boost retention and productivity
- Manage HR technology stack optimization including Workday, Greenhouse, and Culture Amp
Qualifications
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in a strategic business partner role
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification required, MBA preferred
- Proven success scaling HR programs in high-growth tech environments
- Expertise in compensation structures, benefits administration, and labor law
- Advanced proficiency in HR analytics and data visualization tools
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with C-suite experience
- Track record of designing leadership development pipelines and mentorship programs
