Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies supporting business goals across 3 departments
- Lead talent acquisition initiatives, reducing time-to-fill by 25%
- Design and implement performance management systems
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion programs
- Manage employee relations, investigations, and conflict resolution
- Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership
- Oversee compensation reviews and benchmarking processes
- Champion culture initiatives including recognition programs
Qualifications
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ in a strategic partner role
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification required
- Expertise in HRIS systems (Workday preferred)
- Proven success implementing talent development programs
- Strong analytical skills with experience using HR metrics
- Experience in high-growth tech or SaaS environments
- Exceptional communication and influencing abilities
