Responsibilities
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier professionals in tech and sustainability sectors
- Lead organizational development initiatives including performance management, succession planning, and leadership coaching
- Design and implement employee engagement programs fostering a culture of innovation and inclusion
- Manage complex employee relations cases and ensure compliance with federal/state labor regulations
- Analyze HR metrics to inform strategic decisions and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Partner with department heads on workforce planning, budgeting, and organizational restructuring
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in strategic business partnership roles
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification strongly preferred
- Proven expertise in talent acquisition, organizational development, and employee relations
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS systems (Workday/SAP) and HR analytics tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence executive stakeholders
- Experience implementing diversity, equity, and inclusion programs
- Knowledge of New York State labor laws and compliance requirements
