Responsibilities
- Strategic HR Leadership: Partner with the C-suite to align HR strategies with business objectives, focusing on talent acquisition, retention, and workforce planning.
- Talent Acquisition Oversight: Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring we attract top-tier talent through innovative sourcing strategies and a seamless candidate experience.
- Employee Relations & Culture: Act as a trusted advisor, managing complex employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
- Performance Management: Design and implement robust performance management systems to drive employee development and recognize high achievers.
- Compliance & Policy: Ensure full compliance with UK employment law and develop, update, and communicate internal HR policies and procedures.
- People Analytics: Utilize HR data and analytics to identify trends, measure HR program effectiveness, and drive data-driven decision-making.
- Onboarding Excellence: Revamp and execute an engaging onboarding program to ensure new hires integrate smoothly and become productive members of the team quickly.
Qualifications
- Education: CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent professional qualification) in Human Resources.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership capacity.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, Cegid) and strong proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Legal Knowledge: In-depth understanding of UK employment law, including the Equality Act 2010 and modern slavery legislation.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to think strategically while executing tactical HR operations with precision.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a hybrid work policy.
