Responsibilities
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition strategies to ensure a steady pipeline of top talent.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures in alignment with UK law.
- Administer payroll, benefits administration, and ensure strict compliance with UK employment legislation.
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
- Facilitate performance management reviews and drive professional development programs.
- Act as a strategic partner to management, advising on organizational design and change management.
Qualifications
- CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent professional qualification) is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 5+ years of progressive HR experience in a corporate or tech environment.
- In-depth knowledge of UK employment law, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
- Strong proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, or similar).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
