  • Strategic Leadership: Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Talent Management: Oversee the full talent lifecycle, from strategic workforce planning and recruitment to onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Employee Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for complex employee relations issues, conducting investigations and mediating disputes to maintain a positive work environment.
