Responsibilities
- Design and execute talent acquisition strategies to fill critical roles across technology and engineering departments
- Develop comprehensive employee engagement programs using data-driven insights from HRIS platforms
- Lead compensation and benefits reviews, ensuring alignment with market benchmarks and company values
- Oversee performance management systems and implement succession planning initiatives
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives through targeted training and policy development
- Manage HR compliance with federal and state regulations, including FMLA and EEO guidelines
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend strategic improvements to leadership
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in management
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification required
- Expertise in HRIS implementation (Workday/SAP preferred)
- Proven track record in scaling teams during high-growth phases
- Advanced knowledge of labor laws and compliance frameworks
- Strong analytical skills with experience using HR metrics dashboards
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presentation experience
