Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 10+ years progressive HR experience with 5+ in leadership roles
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification required
- Proven expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, and compliance
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS platforms (Workday/BambooHR experience)
- Exceptional communication and strategic problem-solving abilities
- Experience scaling HR operations for high-growth companies
- Deep knowledge of NYC labor laws and federal regulations
