Responsibilities
- Act as the primary strategic partner to leadership, translating business objectives into comprehensive people strategies.
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle, from talent acquisition and onboarding to development, performance management, and offboarding.
- Foster a vibrant, inclusive company culture that drives employee engagement and retention.
- Lead and resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to optimize recruitment processes and employer branding.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to provide actionable insights for leadership decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP or CIPD Level 7 certification is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a strategic Business Partner or HR Management role.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and compliance regulations (federal and state).
- Proven experience in conflict resolution and leading organizational change initiatives.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, BambooHR) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
