Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner to executive leadership, advising on organizational development and change management.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive, inclusive company culture.
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition strategies to meet business needs.
- Manage complex employee relations cases and conflict resolution with a focus on fairness and compliance.
- Develop, implement, and communicate company policies and HR procedures.
- Partner with Learning & Development to design career pathways and training programs.
- Analyze HR metrics to provide actionable insights on retention and workforce planning.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- SHRM-CP or PHR/SPHR certification is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations (specifically NY State focus).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, or ADP).
