Responsibilities
- Partner with executive leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Drive talent acquisition and development initiatives, including performance management and succession planning.
- Facilitate organizational design and workforce planning to support scaling operations.
- Act as a change management catalyst, leading culture and engagement initiatives.
- Manage complex employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policy.
- Collaborate with L&D to create training programs that enhance employee skills and career paths.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager in a corporate environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- SHRM-CP/SPHRC or PHR/SPHR certification is a strong plus.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, compensation, and benefits structures.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR) and data analytics.
