Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, providing HR guidance on organizational development, change management, and talent strategy.
- Oversee the full talent lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive, inclusive company culture.
- Investigate and resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Collaborate with the People Operations team to optimize HR systems and streamline HR processes.
- Develop and deliver training programs focused on leadership skills, compliance, and professional growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a strategic HRBP or management role.
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification is strongly preferred.
- Deep understanding of employment law, HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR), and labor market trends.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
