Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, providing HR guidance on organizational development, change management, and talent strategy.
  • Oversee the full talent lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive, inclusive company culture.
  • Investigate and resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
  • Collaborate with the People Operations team to optimize HR systems and streamline HR processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a strategic HRBP or management role.
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification is strongly preferred.
