Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for management on all HR-related matters, providing expert advice on employment law, policies, and procedures.
- Partner with business leaders to translate business objectives into people strategies and actionable HR plans.
- Lead the end-to-end talent management process, including performance management, succession planning, and talent development initiatives.
- Oversee employee relations, conducting investigations and resolving complex conflicts to ensure a positive work environment.
- Collaborate with the L&D team to design and deliver training programs that enhance leadership capability and employee engagement.
- Drive organizational development initiatives, focusing on culture, diversity, and inclusion.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure full compliance with UK employment legislation and company standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience working as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager within a fast-paced, corporate environment.
- CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent) qualification is essential.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law, including the Equality Act, Working Time Regulations, and TUPE regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong, collaborative relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive employee relations issues with tact, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Experience in designing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
