Responsibilities
- Partner with department heads to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals.
- Lead employee relations matters, conducting investigations and mediating conflicts to foster a positive work environment.
- Oversee the full talent lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and succession planning.
- Design and deliver training programs that enhance leadership capabilities and employee skills.
- Ensure full compliance with UK employment laws and company policies to mitigate risk.
- Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives to create a truly representative workforce.
Qualifications
- CIPD Level 5 or equivalent professional qualification.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a HR Business Partner or Senior HR role.
- Deep understanding of UK employment law and best practices.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing at all levels.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, Ciphr) is highly desirable.
