- Develop and execute HR strategies supporting 150+ employees across tech and product teams
- Lead talent acquisition, performance management, and succession planning initiatives
- Drive organizational development through change management and leadership coaching
- Analyze HR metrics to inform data-driven decisions and program improvements
- Champion DEI initiatives and employee engagement programs
- Manage employee relations, compliance, and risk mitigation
Qualifications
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ in business partner role
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification preferred
- Expertise in tech industry HR practices and workforce analytics
- Proven track record in scaling HR programs for high-growth companies
- Advanced knowledge of NY labor laws and federal regulations
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills
