Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic HR plans for assigned business units
- Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and succession planning initiatives
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion programs across departments
- Manage employee relations cases and resolve complex workplace issues
- Analyze HR metrics to inform data-driven decision making
- Oversee compensation reviews and performance management systems
- Partner with legal to ensure compliance with federal/state regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ in business partnership
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification required
- Proven expertise in tech sector HR practices
- Advanced knowledge of CA labor laws and compliance
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience implementing HRIS systems (Workday preferred)
- Strategic mindset with ability to translate business needs into HR solutions
