Qualifications
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in HR business partner role
- Proven track record in talent management and organizational development
- Expertise in HRIS implementation and data-driven HR analytics
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification required
- Experience in fast-paced tech or SaaS environments preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence at all levels
