Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies that support business growth and organizational culture
- Lead talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning for critical roles
- Design and implement performance management systems and employee development programs
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and compliance with labor regulations
- Analyze HR metrics to provide data-driven insights for leadership decisions
- Oversee compensation and benefits programs ensuring competitiveness and equity
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the organization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in strategic HRBP role
- PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-SCP certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS platforms (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors)
- Strong analytical skills with experience using HR metrics and dashboards
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proven track record of implementing successful HR transformation projects
