Responsibilities
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies for critical technical and leadership roles
- Lead employee engagement initiatives through data-driven analytics and pulse surveys
- Manage complex employee relations cases with focus on mediation and conflict resolution
- Oversee performance management programs including calibration sessions and development planning
- Drive diversity, equity & inclusion initiatives across all business units
- Implement HR technology solutions including Workday and compensation benchmarking tools
- Advise department heads on organizational design and change management
Qualifications
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in business partnering role
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification required
- Expertise in tech industry HR practices and talent acquisition
- Advanced Excel skills with ability to analyze HR metrics and dashboards
- Experience with Workday implementation and optimization
- Proven track record in developing DE&I programs with measurable outcomes
- Strong stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels
- Masters degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
