Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic HR plans aligned with business objectives, focusing on talent acquisition, retention, and development.
- Lead organizational design initiatives, including role architecture and workforce planning.
- Drive performance management systems and compensation strategy for 200+ employees.
- Champion DEI programs through data-driven analytics and policy implementation.
- Advise leadership on complex employee relations matters and change management.
- Oversee HRIS optimization and implementation of HR technology solutions.
- Analyze workforce metrics to inform talent strategy and succession planning.
Qualifications
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in strategic HRBP role at tech/SaaS companies.
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification required.
- Expertise in HR analytics, compensation benchmarking, and organizational development.
- Proven track record designing scalable HR programs for 200+ employee organizations.
- Strong knowledge of California labor laws and compliance frameworks.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with C-suite experience.
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS platforms (Workday/SAP) and HR analytics tools.
