- Champion DEI initiatives and employee engagement programs
- Advise leadership on HR compliance and risk mitigation
- Analyze HR metrics to inform strategic decision-making
Qualifications
- 10+ years progressive HR experience with 5+ in tech sector
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification required
- Expertise in talent acquisition and organizational development
- Advanced knowledge of California labor regulations
- Proven experience with HRIS systems (Workday preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven approach
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Master's degree in HR or related field preferred
