Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives for 200+ employees
- Lead talent acquisition initiatives including employer branding and candidate experience optimization
- Design performance management systems and succession planning frameworks
- Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and compliance with federal/state regulations
- Analyze HR metrics to drive data-driven decisions on turnover, engagement, and productivity
- Manage compensation and benefits programs with competitive benchmarking
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across all departments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ in strategic HRBP roles
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification required
- Expertise in HRIS implementation (Workday/SAP preferred)
- Proven experience leading DEI initiatives and change management
- Advanced analytical skills with HR metrics interpretation
- Excellent negotiation and executive communication abilities
- Experience scaling HR processes for high-growth environments
