Responsibilities

  • Lead the full employee lifecycle, from talent acquisition and onboarding to development, engagement, and offboarding.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR certification required.
  • Minimum of 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a strategic partnership role.
  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting and talent management.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, or similar).
