Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies that align with business objectives.
- Lead the full employee lifecycle, from talent acquisition and onboarding to development, engagement, and offboarding.
- Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, calibration, and succession planning.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance company culture across all departments.
- Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Act as a mediator and advisor on complex employee relations issues and conflict resolution.
- Collaborate with the People Operations team to optimize HRIS systems and payroll processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Masterās preferred).
- SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR certification required.
- Minimum of 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a strategic partnership role.
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting and talent management.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, or similar).
