Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic HR plans for 200+ employees across engineering and product teams
- Lead talent acquisition initiatives including employer branding, interview coordination, and offer negotiations
- Design and implement performance management frameworks with measurable KPIs
- Champion DEI initiatives through data-driven analysis and program development
- Manage complex employee relations cases with emphasis on conflict resolution
- Partner with leadership on organizational design and change management
- Oversee compensation benchmarking and salary structure optimization
Qualifications
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in business partnership roles
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification required
- Proven expertise in tech sector talent acquisition and retention strategies
- Advanced analytical skills with HRIS proficiency (Workday preferred)
- Experience leading DEI programs with measurable impact metrics
- Strong consultative approach with executive-level stakeholder management
- Master's degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, or related field
