Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier professionals
- Lead organizational development initiatives including succession planning and leadership coaching
- Develop and implement employee engagement programs with measurable impact on retention
- Drive DEI initiatives through policy development, training programs, and culture audits
- Manage complex employee relations cases with empathy and compliance expertise
- Partner with finance on compensation benchmarking and total rewards optimization
- Analyze HR metrics to provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification preferred
- Minimum 7 years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in a business partner role
- Expert knowledge of federal and state employment regulations
- Proven experience implementing HRIS systems (Workday/SAP preferred)
- Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in HR metrics dashboards
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Experience in tech or financial services industry highly desirable
