Responsibilities
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with department heads to develop HR strategies that align with business objectives and drive operational excellence.
- Employee Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for complex employee relations matters, providing expert guidance and resolution to ensure compliance and fair treatment.
- Performance Management: Lead initiatives to improve performance standards, overseeing succession planning, talent reviews, and career development programs.
- Culture & Inclusion: Champion Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives to foster a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace environment.
- Change Management: Guide the organization through periods of change, mitigating risk and ensuring employee engagement remains high during transitions.
- Talent Acquisition Support: Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to refine recruitment strategies and enhance the candidate experience.
- Policy Development: Review and update HR policies and procedures to ensure they reflect current best practices and legal requirements.
Qualifications
- Education: CIPD Level 5 or equivalent professional qualification is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in HR, with a proven track record as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager.
- Legal Knowledge: Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR compliance regulations.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate at all organizational levels.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, produce reports, and implement data-driven HR solutions.
- Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
