Qualifications

  • Education: CIPD Level 5 or equivalent professional qualification is required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in HR, with a proven track record as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager.
  • Legal Knowledge: Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR compliance regulations.
  • Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate at all organizational levels.
