Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals and drive business performance.
- Lead workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning initiatives.
- Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and the investigation of complex grievances.
- Develop and implement performance management frameworks to drive excellence.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives across the company.
- Collaborate with the L&D team to design career progression pathways and leadership development programs.
- Ensure full compliance with UK employment law and company policies.
Qualifications
- Professional HR qualification (CIPD Level 5 or Level 7) is essential.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in an HRBP or HR Manager role within a corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
- Proven track record of driving cultural change and improving employee engagement scores.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
